Join the local 10x Genomics team for this hands-on data analysis workshop where we will provide an in-depth overview of Xenium and Xenium Explorer, our spatial transcriptomics assay and free interactive visualization tool for in situ gene expression data. We will walk you through a real Xenium dataset to give you first-hand experience using our Xenium Explorer software and our team will also be available to help you with your user-generated datasets. Join us even if you have not generated any Xenium data of your own yet!

• Learn About Xenium In Situ: the spatial biology tool that visualizes the spatial distribution of gene expression at subcellular resolution in intact tissue from a wide variety of sample types

• Dive into Analysis: we will guide you through Xenium Explorer to visualize transcripts, compare gene expression and cellular neighborhoods, and integrate pathology workflows.

• Unlock Comprehensive Insights: streamline your analysis workflow, uncover intricate tissue architecture, and derive actionable insights for your research.
