Join us for an uplifting online series exploring laughter, breath, and mindful movement. Through laughter yoga and simple Qigong-inspired practices, we'll cultivate relaxation, resilience, and creativity in a welcoming and playful environment. No experience needed — just bring your breath and your willingness to connect!
The series will be led by Gigi Otálvaro, PhD, who is an administrator and educator at Stanford University, where she leads the LifeWorks Program for Integrative Learning.
What to Expect:
- Learn about laughter yoga, a unique practice combining breath and laughter
- Explore simple Qigong practices of moving meditation to support relaxation
- Experience how breath, movement, and laughter can build resilience and creativity
- No mats required — just a willingness to participate and have fun!
