UCSF is proud to partner with Landed to offer employees support toward homeownership. Landed offers a shared equity down payment program - which provides up to $120,000 toward a down payment - as well as other helpful homebuying supports. Since 2020, over 40 UCSF employees have become homeowners with Landed.

This December, Landed is hosting three online information sessions for all UCSF employees interested in learning more about their services and about the homebuying process, which is useful even if you are just beginning to think about homeownership. You can register below.
