As part of American Jewish Heritage Month, the UCSF Office of Opportunity and Outreach invites you to Dough to Go: Challah Braiding Workshop. 

This interactive session will guide participants through the process of braiding challah, a traditional bread enjoyed during Shabbat. You’ll leave with your own braided loaf ready to bake at home. 

No baking experience is required—this workshop is designed to be fun, accessible, and community-oriented.
