Join UCSF Fitness and Recreation for a virtual Hatha Yoga class to celebrate International Yoga Day!

In this Hatha/Vinyasa style class, the practice of linking breath with movement is used to enhance the benefits of traditional Hatha poses. Focus is placed on learning to balance strength and flexibility, as well as effort and surrender. The class will close with a mindful meditation. Suitable for all levels.
