Celebrate International Yoga Day with us at Bakar Fitness Center at UCSF Mission Bay on June 25.

Take deep breaths of fresh air and enjoy yoga on our 4th floor rooftop in honor of International Yoga Day. Due to the location of the class, please bring your own mat. Each class will feature a raffle and prizes!

8:00-8:45 am - Gratitude Yoga Flow – Laurie Start your day with a gentle yoga flow that will connect breath and movement with a mantra of gratitude. Feel ease in your body and openness in your heart.

9:00-9:45 am - Power Yoga: Move With Intention – Monica You will build strength and endurance as transitions are taken to a dynamic intermediate level expanding upon the key movements of Vinyasa.

10:00-10:45 am - Integrate and Energize The Rest of Your Day – Amy “To make into a whole by bringing all parts together.” Make yoga a part of you and your everyday life. Do you feel knots in your stomach when you’re nervous? Are you calmer and more relaxed after a Yoga class? As the gradual rhythm and style of the class becomes familiar, the movement and breath can help you experience the connection between your functioning physical body, your breath, and your emotional state.
