Thursday, we have a Vinyasa Yoga class beginning at 4pm.  Embrace the strength of archetypes like the Warrior and the nurturing energy of the Goddess as you flow through empowering postures and dynamic sequences, guided by breath and intuition.  This in-person class is a celebration of the human spirit in all of it's forms, inviting you to embody your truth, express your creativity and shine your light brightly in the world.
