University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

As an institution, UCSF strives to embody equity and inclusion as a core value, while also acknowledging the systemic realities that disproportionately impact many of our community members. In honor of International Women’s Day, this presentation is designed to offer research-based insights on the power of developing self-compassion by engaging attendees in practical exercises, applicable in both personal and professional contexts. It also aims to provide an honest review of “inclusivity” as it applies to personal and professional growth, and will focus on how the impact of intentional personal growth in the area of self-compassion can positively resonate in many aspects of our lives.
