In light of ongoing attacks against immigrants in our country, some feel it is imperative to unite together as community members, care givers, and advocates to show solidarity with immigrant communities. We have witnessed countless acts of violence and discrimination against immigrants recently - from ICE raids and inhuman conditions at detention centers to the recent changes to the public charge. It is important to publicly denounce this discrimination and show we are committed to serving all patients in our hospital and clinics, regardless of immigration status.
Please join us on August 28th from 12:15-12:45pm at the San Francisco General Hospital campus, to demonstrate unwavering support for the rights, health, and well-being of immigrant communities.
