Dr. Eniola-Adefeso engineers particles and a technology that has the ability to calm the cytokine storms of Covid-19.

Raised in Nigeria, Lola returned to the US at 16 and was selected as one of the first female members of the innovative Meyerhoff Scholars Program (that nurtures under-represented groups for STEM careers).  She is a champion of women and under-represented minority students and was honored with the University Diversity and Social Transformation Professor at the University of Michigan in 2019.

Dr. Eniola-Adefeso is also Professor, Miller Faculty Scholar and Vice Chair for Graduate Education of Chemical Engineering, Professor, in Biomedical Engineering and in Macromolecular Science and Engineering in the University of Michigan
