"High-Definition Single-Cell RNA-Seq"

Single-cell RNA-Seq has revolutionized the field of transcriptomics, providing unprecedented insight into cellular complexity and heterogeneity. However, the main limitation of classical single-cell RNA-Seq methods is the inability to detect all transcripts in a sample due to a failure in capture/amplification. In this seminar, we will discuss Lexogen’s LUTHOR High-Definition Single-Cell 3’ mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit (LUTHOR HD) which combines a novel direct RNA amplification technology with a 3’ mRNA-Sequencing library preparation method, allowing for unprecedented sensitivity and reproducibility for individual cells and ultra-low RNA inputs
