1. Identify the clinical findings and diagnostic criteria for NF1 (Neurofibromatosis type 1).
2. Discuss the advances in the genetic diagnosis of NF1 and the role of mutations in the NF gene have in pathogenesis.
3. Describe the results of recent clinical trials and current directions of NF research.
