Planners expect learners to:

1. Identify at least three ways in which microaggressions and implicit biases show up in America.

2. Examine how microaggressions and implicit biases can cause negative mental and physical health outcomes.

3. Recognize at least three ways in which people can be better allies to minoritized people (or, three ways in which you can protect yourself if you are a minoritized person).
