1. Connect disaster preparedness information to families with children with disabilities and complex medical needs.

2. Assess a CYSHCN family's risk for adverse consequences during a disaster associated with the FEMA lifelines.

3. Use resources discussed to facilitate meaningful conversations with families and caregivers to improve their preparedness efforts.
