“Children's Health and Climate Change: Supporting Physical and Mental Health”

Planners expect learners to:

1. Describe the multiple roles of the pediatric clinician in addressing climate change and health and identify potential areas for action, including considerations of implicit bias.

2. Describe common mental health issues related to the climate crisis.

3. Identify patients in spiritual crisis related to climate change and refer them for appropriate spiritual care support.
