GME Excellence & Innovation Annual Symposium

Showcasing innovative projects in graduate medical education and celebrating the excellence and impact of GME faculty, trainees, and administrators—featuring a keynote address by Dr. William McDade, ACGME Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer.

  • 1:00 – 2:00 | Keynote Address | William McDade, MD, PhD
    • Dr. McDade, ACGME Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, will discuss the evolving DEI landscape within Graduate Medical Education
    • Location: UCSF Parnassus Campus – Campus Library 221/222
  • 2:00-3:00pm | Digital Poster and Work-in-Progress (WIP) Sessions
    • Faculty expert facilitated interdisciplinary digital poster presentation and work-in-progress sessions highlighting trainee-led projects spanning global health, medical education scholarship, quality improvement, and qualitative research.
    • Location: UCSF Parnassus Campus – Clinical Sciences 1110 & 1118

Register by May 5 for this impactful annual event that brings together trainees, faculty, and staff to spotlight innovation, collaboration, and impact across graduate medical education.
