We are repeating our successful global online course, Entrepreneurship for Life Science/Healthcare Startups: Master Class Direct from Silicon Valley, starting on March 31 with weekly lectures for 10 weeks. The first class attracted participants from 4 continents and 13 countries, including a number of UCSF faculty.
The class teaches practical information about life science/healthcare entrepreneurship guided by expert participants from the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem, focusing on startups that have the potential to positively impact human health at scale. Guest lecturers are dedicated experts who live and breathe life sciences and medicine daily. Our first cohort included scientists, clinicians, entrepreneurs, investors, tech transfer, healthcare policy and other members of the innovation ecosystem. They found a valuable network of colleagues in North America and globally.
Information is on the website: https://innovation.ucsf.edu/global-online-entrepreneurship-class. Live lectures are recorded to accommodate clinical and faculty schedules.
