Beta Cell Replacement Therapies for the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus – with a Patient Perspective

Join us on March 20 for a discussion with Dr. Julie Sneddon—a researcher studying pancreatic development, disease, and regeneration as well as stem cell-based replacement therapy for diabetes, and Dr. Peter Stock—a transplant surgeon who specializes in kidney, liver, and pancreas transplants.

They will present, Beta Cell Replacement Therapies for the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus," exploring advancements in regenerative medicine and their potential to transform diabetes care. This presentation will also incorporate a patient perspective, offering a real-world view of how these therapies impact lives beyond the laboratory.

The event will occur in HSW 300 and run from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, followed by a reception from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM, where attendees can continue the discussion and engage with colleagues and experts in the field.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to gain deeper insights into the future of diabetes treatment and connect with others passionate about medical innovation. We look forward to seeing you there!
