 ill present "Decoding human T cell function with CRISPR activation and int
 erference."\n\nDr. Zachary Steinhart is focused on the development and app
 lication of CRISPR technologies to uncover gene function and discover new 
 therapeutic strategies in cancer immunotherapy. His work has advanced the 
 discovery of tumor vulnerabilities and mapped networks governing human T c
 ell function. In this talk\, Dr. Steinhart will highlight how large-scale 
 CRISPR activation and interference screens — both individually and in pe
 rturbation combinations — can systematically decode antitumor gene funct
