DESCRIPTION:As part of International Women's Day 2024\, Dr. Laura Kray\, Pr
 ofessor\, Berkeley Haas School of Business\; Faculty Director\, Center for
  Equity\, Gender\, and Leadership will present a lecture titled "Gender Eq
 uity and Leadership in the 21st Century through the Lens of Mindsets" from
  12-1 PM followed by an interactive in-person workshop for trainees only f
 rom 1-2 PM.\n\nFrom 1-2 PM\, Dr. Kray will meet with trainees in an intera
 ctive in-person workshop session. This workshop will explore common challe
 nges that impede women's negotiations for career advancement and illustrat
 e the power of growth mindsets in the face of these challenges.\n\nDr. Kra
 y is a leading expert on the social psychological barriers influencing wom
 en’s career attainment. She will speak about her current research which 
 seeks to debunk popular myths about the gender pay gap and to identify sol
 utions to gender inequality in the workplace.\n\nWe strive to host inclusi
 ve\, accessible events that enable all individuals\, including individuals
