As part of International Women's Day 2024, Dr. Laura Kray, Professor, Berkeley Haas School of Business; Faculty Director, Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership will present a lecture titled "Gender Equity and Leadership in the 21st Century through the Lens of Mindsets" from 12-1 PM followed by an interactive in-person workshop for trainees only from 1-2 PM.

From 1-2 PM, Dr. Kray will meet with trainees in an interactive in-person workshop session. This workshop will explore common challenges that impede women's negotiations for career advancement and illustrate the power of growth mindsets in the face of these challenges.

Dr. Kray is a leading expert on the social psychological barriers influencing women’s career attainment. She will speak about her current research which seeks to debunk popular myths about the gender pay gap and to identify solutions to gender inequality in the workplace.
