University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

Join the Office of Opportunity and Outreach for the dedication of Cut Through Bars by Gee’s Bend Quilt Collective artist China G. Pettway, donated by Vice Chancellor Renée Navarro, MD, and Ricardo Navarro, MD, on Wednesday, December 10, 8:30 – 9:00 AM, Mission Hall Lobby. All in the UCSF community are welcome!

The quilt, in the style of Jessie T. Pettway’s Bars and Stringed-Piece Columns, was given to Dr. Navarro by participants of the UCSF Alabama Justice Pilgrimage learning program March 2020 cohort in commemoration of their journey.

UCSF welcomes all participants to our events. If you need to request a reasonable accommodation to participate in this event due to a disability, please contact Brooks Bigart by emailing brooksley.bigart@ucsf.edu as soon as possible.
