The practice of a health professions educator in an interprofessional or other educational setting presents unique challenges and opportunities in team functioning and leadership. This workshop addresses these situations through small group work and role play, identifying and building on participantsâ individual strengths. The workshop will offer strategies for managing conflict in various health professions education settings.
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
