A Conversation with Marilyn Stebbins, PharmD

Marilyn Stebbins, PharmD, is a Professor Emeritus of Clinical Pharmacy in the UCSF School of Pharmacy. She recently retired as the Vice Chair of Clinical Innovation in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy where she spent her last 25 years. As faculty in the School of Pharmacy since 1996,
Dr. Stebbins’ work has focused on developing innovative inter-professional practice models for the health care team. Her diverse areas of interest and expertise in comprehensive medication management, managed care, pharmacy benefit design, Medicare Part D and transitions of care
have led to innovative practice models and opportunities for her passion in mentoring the next generation. In 2022, Dr. Stebbins was the recipient of the UCSF Academic Senate Distinction in Mentoring Award (Professor rank).
