The Campus Council on Faculty Life (CCFL) is pleased to sponsor four programs for faculty who are interested in leadership development. 

‌‌CCFL and CORO, a nonprofit leadership organization, have partnered to offer faculty an opportunity to learn, in an interactive workshop setting, essential leadership skills for leading teams and reducing conflict.

All sessions will be presented in-person and are limited to 20 faculty members

Outcomes:

• Strengthened ability to facilitate, manage, and participate in effective meetings.
• Greater ability to develop consensus and engage all voices.

Sample Activities:

• Participants will be introduced to a framework for designing and facilitating effective meetings and will have the opportunity to apply this framework to an upcoming meeting (or revisit a past meeting).
• Participants will be introduced to a couple of decision-making tools to support effective meetings.
