And we'll help you do it!

UCSF Neuro-oncology patients and caregivers are invited to join a complimentary online four-week exercise class with a certified cancer exercise specialist.

The classes will focus on:

•Range of motion, core and pelvic floor exercises
•Balance improvement exercises
•Total body strengthening exercises
•Cognitive enhancement and brain wellness, through cross training, multi-planar exercises

Three reasons to exercise:

·Helps you maintain and regain strength, mobility, and balance
·Decreases fatigue (clinical trial)
·Helps optimize brain functioning

All participants will be required to sign a UCSF liability waiver before participating in the class.
