DESCRIPTION:Happy 2025! In the coming year we will be embarking on a new fo
 rmat for EJE to support the scholarship and translation of evidence to pra
 ctice in equity in medical education. At our first session we will provide
  an overview of the purpose and format and solicit input for next steps an
 d way forward. \n\nAdvance registration is required to attend.\n\nAbout EJ
 E\n\nThe Center for Faculty Educators will host the Equity and Justice in 
 Education (EJE) initiative which empowers educators\, educational research
 ers\, and learners to utilize rigorous educational research methodology to
  identify bias and unequal power distribution to advance equitable and inc
 lusive solutions in opportunity and achievement across the continuum of he
 alth sciences education.  \n\nEJE is a monthly meeting open to health scie
 nce education scholars\, educators\, and learners working on scholarship i
 n equity\, justice\, diversity\, and inclusion.\n\nEJE is a supportive com
 munity and to build connections and maintain a safe space for dialogue we 
 ask that all participants provide a brief introduction when joining.\n\nVi
