This Educator Clinic provides participants who want to gain skills to address microaggressions in the learning environment with a framework for action and opportunities to practice. During the workshop, experienced facilitators will review what actions can be taken before, during and after microaggressions occur, demonstrate how such actions can be effective, and discuss feedback participants as they practice the skills. Prior participation in the core teaching skills session on microaggressions or a prior microaggressions workshop is a prerequisite to sign up for this educator clinic.
