The UCSF DPBS Emergency Department Case Management (EDCM) is celebrating 30 years of compassionate, client-focused care - and we're marking this milestone with a special celebration! Come enjoy hors d'oeuvres, drinks and the chance to connect with friends old and new.

At this special 30th anniversary gathering, we’ll reflect on: 

• What wraparound care really looks like for people who live at the intersection of homelessness, mental illness, and medical fragility. 
• Why this model works—and why it requires persistence, creativity, and collaboration. 
• Client success stories that highlight resilience and recovery in the face of immense challenges.

Tickets are $18 per person - half of which goes to support EDCM.

All money raised is used for urgent, uncovered client needs. Your support will help provide: 

• Warm winter and rain accessories for unhoused clients 
• Essential move-in supplies
• Items to maintain health stabilization such as a mini fridge to store insulin
• Assistance with immigration and dental care fees 
• And many other vital items that restore dignity, well-being and hope
