Join us for a discussion and Q&A with representatives from UCSF diversity committees on cultural and ethnic representation and inclusion in communications.
Moderated by Won Ha, Vice Chancellor of Communications, this session will address our role as communicators in issues regarding racism and discrimination, using communications to promote inclusion, and authentically representing diverse communities.
This is the first of a Communicators Network Virtual Learning Series, titled “Anti-Racism Best Practices in Communications (ABCs)” The goal of this series is to educate and empower communicators at UCSF to navigate discrimination issues through their communications, build racially and culturally sensitive communications, and to encourage consistent representation of race and equity issues across communications.
