District 5 Supervisor Candidates Forum

The candidates for District 5 Board of Supervisors will answer audience-submitted questions about key policy issues in District 5 and San Francisco. This is a great opportunity for voters in District 5 to learn more about their candidates before casting their votes.

Hosted by the non-partisan organization, the League of Women Voters of San Francisco, and co-sponsors D5 Action, the Haight Ashbury Neighborhood Council, and Junior League of San Francisco. 

Hear from the candidates: Vallie Brown, Ryan Lam, Nomvula O'Meara, and Dean Preston. 

Submit your questions in advance here. 

No campaign literature, buttons or promotional materials are permitted in the meeting room. Audience members are asked to be quiet and respectful. Audience members will be asked to submit non-partisan written questions.

Doors open at 5:30pm.

Parking is available at the Millberry Union Public Garage (500 Parnassus). Muni: N-line or 43-Masonic.

D5 includes the Inner Sunset, Haight-Ashbury, Cole Valley, Lower Haight, Hayes Valley, Alamo Square, Fillmore/Western Addition, Japantown, Cathedral Hill, Lower Pacific Heights, North of the Panhandle, and Tank Hill.

D5 also includes the northern side of the UCSF Parnassus Heights campus and Mount Zion.
