  • Wednesday, March 25, 2026 12pm to 1pm

UCSF Brain Tumor Center patients are welcome to join us for a 4-week holistic yoga / meditation program designed specifically for and by a brain tumor patient! Gentle hatha yoga is a slow-paced yoga practice that mindfully honors one’s body, not pushing or striving for a particular outcome. In clinical trials, both yoga and meditation have been shown to reduce stress in brain tumor patients.

Four Wednesdays
3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25
12:00 – 1:00 pm

Online via Zoom

Instructor
This class will be taught by Liz Jonas, Certified Yoga Instructor.
