University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

Living with cancer is never easy, but during this incredibly strange and isolating time, we know that stress and anxiety levels are higher than normal.

This group, which will be held virtually using Zoom, will be a great opportunity to "meet" other patients and learn strategies to be calmer, manage stress, and cope better.

This is not a support group, but a class where you can learn skills and tools to bolster your emotional health. We look forward to having you join us so you can learn not only strategies to help you cope better with the emotional and physical challenges of cancer (during a pandemic), but also strategies that can help with stress in general!

Facilitated by:

  • Neha Goyal, PhD, Clinical Psychologist, UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center
  • Anahat Signh, M.Sc., doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at the Wright Institute; Pychology Extern at the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center

Open to UCSF cancer patients. Fees may apply; most insurance accepted. Call (415) 353-9751 to register.
