Comprehensive Parnassus Heights Plan Draft EIR Public Hearing

With community input, UCSF developed the Comprehensive Parnassus Heights Plan (CPHP), a long-term vision to revitalize the campus over the next several decades.

The CPHP is a conceptual, flexible plan to meet projected space needs for critical programs in research, patient care, and education at the UCSF Parnassus Heights campus site while improving upon the aesthetic and functional design of the campus environment and providing opportunities for the development of on-campus housing.

The Draft EIR for the CPHP is now available for public review and comment.

The Draft EIR analyzes potential environmental impacts that would result from implementing the CPHP. The Draft EIR is available at www.ucsf.edu/cphp/community#eir for a 60-day public review and comment period from July 13 - September 11, 2020.

UCSF will host a public hearing on the CPHP Draft EIR to receive oral public comment.
Please note, due to the COVID-19 pandemic this meeting will be held virtually. The public hearing to receive oral comments on the adequacy of the information presented in the Draft EIR will be held on August 26th, 2020 at 5:30 P.M.
