COMPASS for Caregivers, 6-Week Lunchtime Program

UCSF Psycho-oncology presents COMPASS for Caregivers: Acting Mindfully for a Valued Life.

  • Is caregiving causing you stress or feelings of overwhelm?
  • Are you struggling with sadness, guilt, anger or fear?

Join us for lunch and learn how to use mindfulness and psychological flexibility to act in a meaningful and balanced way, as you care for yourself and your loved ones.

COMPASS for Caregivers is a 6-week group therapy program for caregivers of UCSF cancer patients, focused on learning and practicing strategies that are based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

A light lunch will be provided, generously sponsored by the Gordon Murray Caregiver Program.
