University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

Join UCSF Chancellor Sam Hawgood for his State of the University (SOTU) address as he reflects on a challenging year of converging pandemics of COVID-19 and racial injustice during an hour-long program themed "Resolve and Resilience."

In this, his sixth year at the helm of the University, the Chancellor will call attention to how the UCSF community rallied together with community partners with its trademark can-do spirit of collaboration in its response to COVID-19 and will describe the actions UCSF is taking to address social inequities. The Chancellor also will reaffirm his four goals of innovation, partnerships, financial resiliency and people and culture.

This presentation will include video segments featuring diverse members of the UCSF community who will share their perspectives as they confront today's myriad challenges while continuing their commitment to fulfilling UCSF's four-fold mission of research, care delivery, education and public service.
