The class will help you safely stretch and strengthen your body. It is perfect for anyone that has limited mobility or injuries. The class includes pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity, and relaxation. Whether you or someone you love is living with cancer, these classes will give you time each week to allow for self-reflection and cultivate a sense of calm.

What to bring to each virtual class:

  • Yoga block or thick book (optional)
  • Strap or belt (optional)

The instructor is Nicole Thompson, a certified yoga teacher.

This class, as well as Yoga and Self-Care and Restorative Yoga, are for people living with cancer and those who love someone living with cancer.
