University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

Dr. Kristine Yaffe’s Center for Population Brain Health (CPBH) WIP is a twice-monthly meeting open to UCSF faculty, postdocs, staff, and students. The meetings are held via Zoom on the first and third Thursdays of every month from 10:00-10:55AM Pacific.

Our group is focused on applying epidemiological methods to study brain health and aging, with a specific focus on risk and resiliency factors for cognitive decline. Our group is also involved in many projects relating to long-term effects of TBI in older adults, including neurodegenerative and psychiatric sequelae. Several of our faculty also lead clinical trials in this area.

Participants can sign up to present their work in progress for feedback and/or contribute constructive feedback to presenter(s). We also host guest speakers from outside UCSF several times a year. Please contact Tina Hoang for more information.
