This workshop will cover many of the steps needed to perform a genome-wide association study (GWAS), with a focus on musculoskeletal (MSK) traits and outcomes.

- Regulatory and compliance steps needed to gain access to genome-wide genotype data
- Common file types used for genome-wide genotype data
- Quality control (QC) approaches
- Association testing methods and result interpretation
