University of California San Francisco Give to UCSF

In this presentation, Learning & Organization Development consultant Paul Axelrod will share tips on preparing for and conducting a career-focused conversation with a manager. Attendees will leave with enhanced understanding of how to help managers support their career development as whole human beings, not just as employees doing a job.

Staff Resource Days is hosted by UCSF Health, Office of Diversity and Outreach, Human Resources, Campus Life Service, and the Staff Subcommittee for the Council on Campus Climate, Culture and Inclusion (4CI). This session is being captioned and recorded for posting on the Staff Resource Days website: please check out the website for the Community Resource Fair and more presentations offered throughout the week of June 3-7.

UCSF welcomes people with disabilities at our events; if you require reasonable accommodations for this event, please email the event contact as soon as possible.
