Black History Month 2020 Graphic Art Night

The Student National Medical Association (SNMA) and the Black Student Health Alliance (BSHA) will be hosting a Paint Night  in honor of Black History Month with featured African artist group Aerosoul Art.

"AeroSoul’s international outreach and influence extends to Africa, Europe and Hawaii by collaborating with and showing the work of artists from all parts of Africa and the African diaspora. AeroSoul’s artists create murals in the HipHop aesthetic that advocate for self-determination in struggling Black and Brown communities. Passing on the ancient writing tradition to the next generation through educational apprenticeship will insure that our cultural rituals will have the power to free our collective spirit & mind." - Aerosoul Art

First 30 students to RSVP are guaranteed a paint spot. 10 tickets reserved for UCSF staff (suggested donation $30-45). Students & Staff will need to provide an ID when presenting their tickets at the event. RSVP here
