"Making the Most of the Pandemic: Mindfulness in the Time of COVID-19"
Many have been saying that 2020 is a "wasted year" and they're hoping that the year will end so that we can move on with our lives. We want to share thoughts and tips on how to make the most of this time by practicing mindfulness and managing mental health during this pandemic.
We're excited to have Dr. Dianne Shumay join Dr. Hope Rugo for a special discussion on mindfulness during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Shumay is a UCSF psychologist who cares for cancer patients, cancer survivors, and patients' loved ones. She works to address a wide range of short-term and long-term needs, including stress management and coping, and goal setting for finding meaning, purpose and better quality of life.
