Planning to use the GeoMx® DSP or nCounter® system for a new study at UCSF?

The Bruker Spatial Biology team—formerly NanoString—is giving "An Overview of Gene Counting and Spatial Transcriptomicshosting", followed by office hours to help you design your experiment and understand how to access these technologies through the LCA genome Core.

📍 Room HD 295, Helen Diller Building

 🗓 Tuesday, July 15th

🕚 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM PT - Presentation, "An Overview of Gene Counting and Spatial Transcriptomics"

 🕚 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM PT - Office Hours

Reserve a session here or stop by if space is available

These tools have been part of the LCA genome Core for years. Our goal is to support researchers designing new experiments—whether you're new to the platforms or revisiting them for a new project in oncology, neuroscience, immunotherapy, or translational research.

**This is not a data troubleshooting session and we won’t be discussing other core technologies.**
