The All of Us Research Program is building a database to help transform the future of health research by equipping researchers nationwide with expansive health data from diverse populations, especially those underrepresented in biomedical research. Our current dataset includes information from more than 315,000 participants, more than three-quarters of whom are from communities that are underrepresented in biomedical research and about half of whom are racial and ethnic minorities. This Researcher Onramp event is designed for trainees – from undergraduates to post-docs – who are current or prospective Workbench users, and will be of most use to those who have experience with coding or with R/Python. All of Us welcomes and encourages trainees from racial/ethnic minority groups, trainees from LGBTQ+ community, and trainees living with disabilities to join us.
