Gladstone Institutes
Join Jane Srivastava from the Flow Cytometry Core to develop your skills in FlowJo, the software used for analyzing flow cytometry data. In this session, you’ll learn how to:
- Use the compensation tool to correct for fluorescence spillover emissions
- Use the statistics editor
- Create statistics on single samples
- Add plug-ins for multi-parameter programs
- Run t-SNE algorithms
The training will be presented as a pre-recorded video for ease of showing the software. There will be 10–15 minutes at the end of the session for a live question-and-answer period.
Attendees will obtain a thorough grounding in theoretical flow cytometry. Access to the seminars and resources will be available after the session.
