Please join the Dementia Care Aware initiative’s next Zoom webinar, “Advance Care Planning and Legal Needs for People Living with Dementia” on February 21, 2023, from 12 to 1 p.m.  

Michelle Panlilio, DNP, GNP-BC, National Lead Dementia Care Specialist and Nurse Practitioner at UCLA Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Program; Sarah Hooper, JD, Executive Director of the UCSF/UC Law SF Consortium on Law, Science & Health Policy; and Kathryn Eubank, MD, Professor in the UCSF Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatrics, will speak about advance care planning and the legal needs for people living with dementia.  
 
Participants of the live webinar are eligible to receive one Continuing Medical Education (CME) and California Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) credit.
