DESCRIPTION:The Campus Council on Faculty Life (CCFL) is pleased to sponsor
  four programs for faculty who are interested in leadership development. \
 n\n‌‌CCFL and CORO\, a nonprofit leadership organization\, have partne
 red to offer faculty an opportunity to learn\, in an interactive workshop 
 setting\, essential leadership skills for leading teams and reducing confl
 ict.\n\nAll sessions will be presented in-person and are limited to 20 fac
 ulty members\n\nOutcomes:\n\nGreater understanding of the differences betw
 een conflict resolution and conflict transformation.Improved ability to an
 alyze and transform conflict.Deeper awareness of various tools to utilize 
 when transforming conflict.Sample Activities:\n\nParticipants will explore
  the uniqueness of the conflict transformation approach and learn how to a
 nalyze a conflict.Participants will learn their default conflict style and
  examine when to flex a different styleWorkshop is Full.
