The 30th Street Senior Center, the UCSF Memory and Aging Center, through the Global Brain Health Institute, and On Lok invite you to a free lecture series discussing aging and what you need to know to maintain your physical and cognitive health. Part of this series will focus on increasing brain health literacy in the community. We will share relevant and appropriate information on how to take care of our brains throughout our lifetime.
