Join the United Filipinx Association (UFA) and Asian Pacific American Systemwide Alliance (APASA), staff cultural and diversity organizations, as we have our own committee leaders + members,  Errol Feria, LMFT and Alexandra Thurston, PsyD lead a workshop introducing concepts and skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to improve overall well-being and mental health. Through didactic and experiential exercises, you can learn how to act from your values, enhance psychological flexibility, and live more in the present moment.

The focus will be on Filipina/x/o/ and API identified individuals and communities. This virtual offering is open to all members of UCSF and community at large.
