14th SPR Advanced Symposium on Pediatric Cardiovascular Imaging

October 12-14, 2018 
The 2 ½ day course will provide updated information regarding advanced utilization of non-invasive imaging for children with cardiovascular disease, with emphasis on MRI. 


Learning Objectives:

Discuss the use of MR data for clinical management of patients with repaired TOF, TGA, and valvar regurgitation.

Discuss the use of MR data for clinical management of patients with single ventricles and what imaging is needed to support stem cell therapy in the future.

Discuss how imaging can help in the decision-making of early vs delayed repair of CHD in neonates.

Discuss advanced applications of cardiac CT beyond just morphology. Discuss the current knowledge of applying MR stress test for detection of ischemia in pediatric patients with CHD.

Discuss recent application of 4D-flow, compressed sensing and deep learning in MR imaging of patients with CHD Exchange cardiovascular MR experience and build networks among attendees and faculties.
